Bug description

Following 6.34.0's release, updating a site locally is fine.

When deploying to a Forge server (have had this happen on multiple sites), during the php artisan optimize command, get this error

In Finder.php line 667:
The "/home/forge/SITE_NAME/storage/statamic/tmp/nocache" directory does not exist.

Manually creating the tmp/nocache directory resolves the issue.

How to reproduce

Update a site from Statamic 6.33 that has successfully been deployed on Laravel Forge (all I have to test with).

Run your deployment script (i.e. composer install) and then php artisan optimize

    Just had this problem as well. Solved it by adding mkdir -p storage/statamic/tmp/nocache to my deployment script until a downstream fix is released.
