In the Wrappers section wpcli helpers link takes to 404 page

• Click on the wpcli helpers link
• It will take to 404 page

If no link is available then we may remove the link and keep the text. Or, if needed, can remove the whole paragraph. May be, removing the link and keeping the text is better for the time being.
