Fixes when deleting a user
Deleting a staff account no longer disconnects the Microsoft 365 mailbox it had connected, and tickets assigned to that account return to the unassigned queue.
New features as they reach production, newest first. Your workspace gets them automatically, with nothing to install.

Deleting a staff account no longer disconnects the Microsoft 365 mailbox it had connected, and tickets assigned to that account return to the unassigned queue.
Write an answer once and insert it on any ticket with the customer's name and the ticket number filled in; keep a reply to yourself or share it with the team. Merge a ticket into another one when the same problem was reported twice: the whole conversation moves and later replies follow it. Switch on a one-question survey in Settings > Customer portal and customers rate support from 1 to 5 after their ticket is closed.
Add up to 20 fields of your own in Settings > Customer fields, as text, a number or a list of choices: a national ID, a building code, a contract reference. They show on the customer form and profile, and in the API.
A package can burst above its speed for the first seconds of a download, switch to different speeds at night, and limit how many connections one PPPoE login may hold. A login can also be locked to the customer's device on the service page. All of it sits under "More speed options" on the package, closed until you need it.
Move many subscribers to another plan at once. Tick customers on the client list, pick the new plan and when it takes effect, and see what happens to every service before you confirm. Changes that are only booked can be taken back in one click.
On a client's Customer Portal tab staff can now open the portal as that customer, without asking for their password, to see exactly what they see. A bar at the top shows it is a staff view and takes you back to the panel; the visit is written to the audit log.
Build your own automations as a tree of steps: pick what starts it (a ticket, an invoice three days from due, a failed card, a router offline, a finished visit), add checks and actions, and ISPbox does the follow-up. 64 triggers, 21 templates, a test run that sends nothing. It is in beta: tell us what is missing.
Learn moreA disconnect or a speed change that a router did not answer is now sent again for about four hours, so a paused customer does not stay online until the next reconnect. If it never gets through, the service page shows a warning.
The router page now shows the MikroTik commands for a PPPoE or DHCP RADIUS router, builds the customer server from the router's pool, and has setup notes for other vendors.
When a customer leaves, archive them and the history stays: services, invoices, payments and tickets. Running services are switched off for you, and for each device you choose whether it is collected, stays at the address for the next customer or returns to stock.
Create teams such as Office, Field techs or NOC and put a ticket, a lead or a task in a team's queue before any one person takes it. Members are notified, anyone can take the ticket with one click, and new tickets from the portal or email can land in a default group.
Add colleagues to a ticket next to its owner, each with a role such as Billing or Technical support. They get the customer's replies, and the side menu shows how many open tickets are yours, wait in your groups or have nobody yet.
A premise is a place you serve or could serve, with or without a customer: its address, the equipment installed there, its tickets and everyone who was connected before. Add them one by one, as a numbered range or from a spreadsheet, move a whole street from "Under construction" to "Ready" at once, and connect a customer from the premise page.
Learn moreAn ONT can be installed at a premise before anyone orders service and stays there when a customer leaves; the next service at that premise takes it over by itself. Record a device's MAC address to see whether your routers see it, keep optical power and speed test readings from the install checklist, and reconcile received, installed, damaged and lost devices in Reports > Equipment.
Learn moreSet up an agreement with a park, HOA or building owner: a percent of what was invoiced or paid, or a fixed amount per active service, with tiers and a minimum. ISPbox drafts a statement each month or quarter with one line per service and its active days, ready to approve, export and mark as paid.
Learn moreReports > Built vs Connected shows ready, active and vacant premises with the take rate per location, month by month.
The side menu has nine entries instead of fifteen: Network now holds the map, monitoring, devices, IP addresses and guest WiFi, Sites & Equipment holds premises and inventory, Leads moved under Clients and Audit Logs under Settings. No address changed, so bookmarks keep working.
Customers can schedule a seasonal suspension in the portal under your rules, mass messages can repeat against the calendar or a location's season, and inventory moves in batches with a full movement log and device replacement.
A network monitoring prober now shows every host it measures as up, degraded or down, with alerts, even before you place it on the network map. Placing it on the map adds link diagnosis and topology on top.
Learn moreWhen you give money back to a customer, the payment row on the client's Billing tab now has a Record refund button. It marks the payment as refunded and asks whether to void the invoice or keep it open. Works for card payments refunded at your payment provider and for cash, cheque and transfer payments.
Settings > Mail can stop anything from leaving the ISPbox address: staff emails, alerts and reports then go only from your mailbox. A banner tells admins when that mailbox stops sending and how many emails did not go out.
Router and network monitoring alerts are sent from your own mailbox, with an optional sender name and address such as "Acme Alerts".
The clients list has a Filters panel with location, tag and package, and the client counts in Reports > Package Mix open that list.
Another port of a customer's router is linked to that customer automatically instead of waiting under Pending, and Gone can be cleared: Remove, Remove all, and automatically after 30 days.
Dark error pages, a flat sign-in page, no grey band when you pull the page on a phone, and the tickets calendar in the panel's colours.
SmokePing-style latency and loss for every device on your map, with a diagnosis of the link at fault, is no longer early access. Add a prober from Network Map > Monitoring.
Learn moreThe docker run line for a network monitoring probe now publishes the device log and NetFlow ports you have switched on for it, so logs and flows reach the probe without editing the command.
Learn moreUntick "Agents can sell this package" to keep a plan for your office. Resellers no longer see it in their portal, app or API, and customers already on it still renew through their agent.
Learn moreTick your languages once in Settings > Company. Every language menu, portal switch and language field shows only those, and emails never go out in a language you switched off.
On the client and service edit pages the location button saves the position right away, shows how accurate it is, and explains what to change when the browser blocks location. The network map's address check has the button too.
Learn moreThe Guest WiFi admin pages turn into compact cards on a phone, and the splash page can show your network name under the logo.
Learn moreA tab left open for hours refreshes itself on the next click, or takes you to sign in and back to the same page. Anything you typed stays on screen so you can copy it first.
Send a bug, idea or question to the ISPbox team from any page. A screenshot of the page and the details we need are attached for you, and our answer shows up under My feedback.
Tick or untick service months in the "Paid for" filter to leave them out of the table, the totals and the CSV export.
The Activate / Renew dialog in the agent portal has a Wallet or Points switch, so an agent can spend earned points on free days for a customer in the same place they sell.
Learn moreEvery payment in Reports > Payments lists the service periods it covered, with an invoice preview from the row and the periods in the CSV export.
A visitor who finds coverage on your public checker can order a package, pay the first invoice or set up autopay through a login-free pay link, and land in your queue as a New installation ticket.
Learn moreSchedule a plan change for any date and chain several of them, for example a winter rate from November and the regular plan again in April.
Learn moreSubscribers, resellers, prices, expiry dates, activation history and daily usage come over from the nightly SAS4 backup, one reseller at a time.
Learn moreAgents earn points on every sale from their wallet and spend them on rewards you define, such as free days for a customer or wallet credit.
Learn moreUp to three reminders on fixed days after the due date, one email per customer with every overdue invoice, sent in your morning and never to customers whose autopay is working. They no longer depend on automatic suspension.
Learn moreDevices from a connected LibreNMS land on the network map location by location, with a preview of exactly what will be written. The map editor was also redesigned around a full-screen map.
Learn moreSmokePing-style latency and loss for every device on your map, with a diagnosis of which link is at fault and an incident for the customers behind it. Switched on per workspace on request.
Learn moreAgents can renew a customer who pays them later and keep a debts book, and see which of their customers are connected right now.
Learn moreNetwork > Devices lists devices on the network that belong to no customer (Pending) and the ones that dropped off (Gone). Attach one to a customer with a tap and it gets a fixed address automatically.
Learn moreA notification bell, badges and a /notifications page for new tickets, orders and other events, with each user choosing email per kind: off, instant or a daily digest. Invoices can also be sent to customers by WhatsApp.
After the backup import, ISPbox can follow your live Splynx through its API - payments, invoices, customers and plan changes - with a report of every difference, until you are ready to cut over.
Learn moreWhen a router keeps customers online but goes silent on RADIUS accounting, for example after a reboot, ISPbox notices and says so instead of drawing a flat usage chart.
Learn moreAgents with prepaid wallets, their own price ranges, sub-agents with automatic commissions, cash collection with receipts and renewal cards, in a phone-first portal on your domain. A reseller API comes with it.
Learn moreSell 1, 3, 7 or 30-day plans that switch themselves off at expiry, with free trials, expiry reminders, self-renewal in the portal and outage compensation.
Learn moreA branded captive portal for MikroTik with time, data and device limits, printable vouchers, online payment and phone or email sign-in.
Learn moreHide ISPbox branding and serve the portal from your own domain as the only address, with your own favicon.
Learn moreFor Canadian ISPs: Interac deposit emails are read from a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox and matched to clients by invoice or account number, with a review queue. Available on request.
Saved Stripe and Authorize.net cards, attachments and documents, company details and logo, inventory and QuickBooks links now come over from a Splynx backup too.
Learn moreFind the best sector for an address with terrain line of sight, then aim the antenna with the field app camera or compass.
Learn morePoint a hostname such as portal.yourisp.com at ISPbox with one CNAME and the certificate is issued for you.
Learn moreMinimum terms with early termination fees, recurring discounts, invoices issued ahead of the renewal date, one combined invoice per customer and a preview before every billing run.
Learn moreCustomers bring customers with a referral code, and the reward you set is paid as account credit when the new customer is activated or pays their first invoice, as you choose.
Learn moreConnect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your workspace with one URL and ask about customers, outages and billing, under each user's own permissions.
Learn morePayments recorded in QuickBooks Online are brought into client accounts in ISPbox.
Every email a customer receives goes out in their own language, with templates in 11 languages and your own version per language.
Learn moreChanging a customer's plan credits the unused part of what they paid and charges the new plan for the rest of the period.
Learn moreSubscribers, services, invoices, payments, saved Stripe cards and the UNMS network side come over from a UISP backup.
Learn moreISPbox is hosted, so there are no versions to install and nothing to update on your side.
