I’m kind; I’m optimistic in the face of cynicism; I’m pro-people; I’ve got great taste. I have the experience to know what to do and the wisdom to double check.

In other words, I’m experienced enough to move fast, and disciplined enough to get it right—because, I care deeply about the work and the people involved.

Experienced working with large and small organizations across AI, SaaS, retail, software, e-commerce, and marketing verticals.

Which means I’m comfortable wearing multiple hats when needed, and also know when to just keep my designer hat on.

I possess a deep understanding of operating in slow moving organizations and fast-paced environments alike.

I’m especially skilled in ramping up quickly, able to have an impact faster than expected, and I know exactly when to slow down and carefully consider constraints and how we can meet strategic goals.

Extroverted when it comes to communicating with, presenting to, and advocating for people. A strong belief in the power of consensus, and an understanding when to ask forgiveness in order to ship high priority fixes and features quickly.

Opinionated and yet open-minded enough to know even the most strongly held ideas can and may be altered by new information, voices, and perspectives.

Kind-hearted and generous. I operate with optimism first and assume good intentions from others.

I know when to protect my peace and how to say no as is often needed in business and design practices.

Loyal and hard-working. And I know how and when to take a break and rest my brain in the best interest of the project.

Naturally a leader who will always hold the ladder and let others lead whenever it benefits the company, team, product, and/or customer.
