Why me?
I know hiring
Dozens
of Laravel engineers hired
Hundreds
interviewed personally
Thousands
of profiles vetted

I've built the biggest directory of the best Laravel developers on the planet and I've personally reviewed thousands of profiles.

I'm an experienced software engineer of over 20 years. I'm a Laravel expert. I enjoy interacting with other developers and helping them find the right role. I'm a great communicator and I care about the candidate experience as well as your business needs.

I also work with AI tooling every day. I know what good AI-assisted engineering looks like, so I can tell the difference between a developer who ships with AI and one who only talks about it.

What you get
I know what you need
Hiring well is hard. It's time-consuming, frustrating, expensive, and risky. I can help you reduce all of it, and free up your teams to focus on what they do best.
An experienced engineering manager, great at vetting and interviewing Laravel engineers.
Someone who can work with your existing process and team.
A technical expert who can ask the right questions.
An honest read on how each candidate really works with AI tooling.
Someone with an eye for detail who doesn't mind the leg work.
A business-minded individual who keeps your staff delivering what they're great at.
A fixed cost per role, not a percentage fee of annual salary on a hire.
Unlimited access to the Laradevs directory forever.
Support with candidate outreach and comms.
Full interview process prep and even participation (if needed).
2 full days (15 hours) of my time for consultation and interviews.
Guaranteed hire: if you don't make an offer, or it's not accepted, your next round is free.
Pricing
From $5,000 USD per role
Note: this is per role, not per hire, which means you pay the same whether you hire one dev or 10.
