How do I know I'm installing the official Mailtrack®?

How does email tracking work, technically?

When you hit send, Mailtrack inserts a tiny, invisible image, known as a tracking pixel, unique to that specific email. The moment your recipient's email client loads it, our servers register the event: the timestamp, the open count, and which recipient opened it in a group email. That signal is what turns your checks green and fires your notification.

How does Mailtrack make sure an "open" is real?

Two green checks mean a person actually opened your email: not you, and not a machine. Mailtrack discards your own self-opens, filters automated opens caused by mail scanners and image prefetching, and identifies each recipient individually in group emails. It's the verification layer we've refined over a decade of tracking.

Does Mailtrack work with Outlook?
