Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with every feature switched on, and no credit card is needed to start. The free tools (IP lookup, IP checker, email checker, phone checker and robots.txt generator) work without an account at all.
No. Every plan has every feature, from bot and VPN blocking to Form Shield, uptime alerts, shortlinks, the API and webhooks. Plans only differ in how many requests, websites, team members and visit logs you get.
One successful check. Every page view Moonito checks on your site uses one request, and so does every protected shortlink click, every Form Shield check and every lookup or validation API call. Errors are free, and so is setting things up: adding domains and shortlinks, reading logs and summaries, and managing webhooks. Your dashboard shows how many you have used and how many are left.
They roll over when you renew. Renew the plan you are on before it ends and whatever you have left is added to the new period, along with the days you had left. On auto-renew, up to one full period of unused requests rolls over each time. If a plan runs out without being renewed, what was left ends with it.
Checks stop until your plan renews. You can renew early at any time, and because unused days and requests carry over, you lose nothing by doing it. Or move up to a bigger plan.
Only if you want it to. Pay by card and your plan renews by itself each period. Cancel from Billing at any time and it runs until the end of the period you paid for. Other payment methods are one-off payments that you renew yourself.
Yes. A new plan starts the day you buy it, with its full allowance. Days and requests left on the old plan do not move to a different plan, so the best time to switch is near the end of your current period. If you are on auto-renew, cancel it from Billing first.
The visitor records kept in your logs. When you reach your plan's limit, the oldest records make way for new ones, so you always have the most recent data. Records are also deleted once they pass 180 days, or 90 days for Form Shield submissions, whichever comes first.
No. The 7-day free trial is there so you can decide before you pay, and unused requests roll over instead of being lost. We do correct billing mistakes, such as a duplicate charge or a charge taken after you cancelled, whenever you find one. The full policy is at moonito.net/legal/refunds.
