Our remote IT support service allows our technicians to securely connect to your computer to diagnose and fix issues without needing to be physically present.
Note: Having a hosting service with Vander Host is not the same as having an IT support contract. Hosting services includes free support for issues related to your hosting service, our servers, etc. If you're having an issue with say Outlook, that sometimes falls into the IT support category, but contact us if you're unsure.
Due to the 24-hour hold for non-contract clients, we recommend you first reach out to your IT services provider before contacting us.
How It Works
Install AnyDesk
Ensure AnyDesk is installed on your computer and provide us with your 9-digit code.
Complete the Form
Fill out the appointment scheduling form with your details and issue description.
Connect with a Technician
Our technician will connect to your computer at the scheduled time to resolve your issue.
Pricing
$27 for half an hour
Minimum fee of $27 for any work between 0-30 minutes
Availability
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm SAST
Turnaround time is usually same day, but can be up to 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you order a VPS with us, management is an optional add-on. Some clients start small or want to do it themselves and would not necessary have the management option with us. In some instances clients may require more in depth troubleshooting or help, and we can assist at an hourly rate per incident. Please refer to our Server Support page for more details.
