Here are some things to know first:

• Study rooms can only be reserved by current students, faculty, and staff. Alumni and others may only use the rooms when they are unreserved.
• Please use your Eastern email address to make the reservation.
• Only one reservation per day.
• Students can reserve a maximum of one 2 hour slot for Group Study Rooms or the Aux Room on any given day a week in advance.
• The Aux Room has limited availability due to its use by the Office of Disability and Access. Please pay close attention to the available times and dates on the reserve page.
• Reservations are not required but recommended, especially during busy times of the school year (i.e. finals week).
• Follow all posted rules and regulations on the doors to the rooms.
• Please be courteous and respect others' reservations.
