Can't create database in Studio.

ArcadeDB Version: 22.1.3 (build 440ab28/1643746379060/main)

JDK Version: openjdk 11.0.11

OS: Win7

Expected behavior

Database is created.

Actual behavior

Database is not created. Studio displays error popup "Internal error Error on creating new database instance". And the terminal shows many line of errors with these key info: "Error on command execution (PostCreateDatabvaseHandler)... " and "... Invalid characters used in database name... "

Steps to reproduce

1. Download file arcadedb-package-22.1.3.tar.gz.
2. Extract using 7-Zip.
3. Run Server.bat from terminal.
4. Open Studio (I've tried Firefox and Opera).
5. Create database from the menu (It won't work no matter how simple name it is).

I tested on Linux Mint (via VBOX) and it work just fine. I believe there is something wrong with character encoding.

I can confirm we still have some issues with Windows paths and it's related to the relative to the management of ../

@Mouri-Kogoro do you still have access to the Windows machine? If yes, could you please test it again against the latest 22.6.1 (or major)
