- COMPATIBILITY: Breaking change to client API. XPC protocol and persistent data remain fully compatibile. - Renames `ClientNetwork` to `NetworkClient`, aligning with `ContainerClient`. - Client uses instance methods instead of utility functions, with an `init(serviceIdentifier:)` for the XPC service name. The value is currently unused.
