Inability to label the various Service Accounts on the Developer Console's Permission view

If I view the Permissions for my project in the Developer Console, I can
see the list of "Service Accounts" that have been granted either "view" or
"edit" permission to the project. However, the only detail that is provided
for that Service Account is a very brief and immutable description that is
generated by Google, such as "App Engine service account". The problem is
that there is no way for us to know

1. Who generated the service account
2. When it was generated, or
3. What it's being used for.

In the case of a
security incident, we may need to rotate the keys for these accounts, but
have no way of mapping them to their usage or owners.

@feczo This library is a standalone and independent from the Developer Console. Sorry, we can't fix it within this library but some of the Googlers may know the right people to reach out to.

Also please indicate that you are filing issues on behalf of another person as discussed in #242

This was one of my requests, but it's not actually related to this project at all. I've already given this feedback directly to some reps from Cloud support who are filing tickets internally, which is good enough for me.

Google currently does not have a public issue tracker for the Developers Console. We have created an internal feature request (#18143520) for the team that maintains the Developers Console
