macOS pkg release builds failing

Assuming from the error message that this needs someone able to log into our Apple dev account and accept whatever agreement is missing/expired.

FWIW I think @aduh95 said that an earlier https://ci-release.nodejs.org/job/iojs+release/nodes=macos15-release-pkg/11874/ build might mean this isn't blocking the 26.4.0 release, but will block any new builds.

Given that this is blocking releases at the moment I'm going to ping others who may have access to the 2FA codes for this to be able to resolve it: @rvagg, @mhdawson build#3478, or @UlisesGascon build#3605?

I used to have access to the Apple developer account but it looks like the 2FA has been changed. My phone number is no longer linked with it. There is only one option.

@ryanaslett has resolved this - https://ci-release.nodejs.org/job/iojs+release/11887/nodes=osx13-release-pkg appears to have run through successfully.

I can't believe this is still a thing we need to do .. since day 1, how is this still a thing Apple?
