OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES for Joy FM

• Only legal residents of the United States of America are eligible to win.
• Only one (1) prize per household every thirty (30) days.
• Winners agree to allow Joy FM to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls coming in to Joy FM may be recorded and aired on the radio station without further approval.
• Failure to claim prize(s) from Joy FM within thirty (30) days of notification will result in forfeiture of prize(s).
• Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions are permitted.
• Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on Joy FM. Any and all federal, state and local laws apply to contests.
• Any additional costs related to a prize that may be incurred as a result of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• For specific contests, Joy FM reserves the right to impose an age limit.
• Joy FM may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties. For example: phones that result in a potential winner being disconnected on studio lines, or mail lost by the post office.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, Joy FM will make a good faith attempt to substitute another prize but is not obligated to replace the prize.
• Joy FM will not be responsible or held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances that are out of our control.
• With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of Joy FM will be final.
• Joy FM has the right to change the rules or discontinue any contest at any time. Employees of Joy FM, its clients, or associated agencies, vendors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

40 Days of Christian Music Festival Official Contest Rules

Contest Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Ray Flynn Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and supporter of JOY FM.

Contest Description

Ray Flynn Ministries, in partnership with JOY FM, is conducting an on-air listener giveaway to promote the 40 Days of Christian Music Festival at the Ark Encounter.

Contest Period

The contest begins on July 1 and ends on July 23, 2026.

Prize Packages

Ray Flynn Ministries will provide JOY FM with 30 Bouncer Passes, which will be awarded as 15 prize packages. Each prize package includes:

• Two (2) Bouncer Passes
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250 ($125 per pass)

Winner Selection and Prize Fulfillment

• JOY FM will award fifteen (15) prize packages to eligible contest winners during the contest period.
• Winners will receive their Bouncer Passes either by mail or by pickup at the JOY FM studios, as determined by JOY FM.
• JOY FM will provide Ray Flynn Ministries with a complete list of all fifteen (15) winners by the close of business on July 23, 2026.

Grand Prize Drawing

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random by Ray Flynn Ministries from the pool of the fifteen (15) Bouncer Pass winners.

The Grand Prize winner will be announced during the JOY FM Morning Show on July 24, 2026. Following the announcement, Ray Flynn Ministries will contact the winner directly to coordinate all prize arrangements.

Grand Prize

The Grand Prize package includes:

• Two (2) Bouncer Passes
• Complimentary parking at both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum
• Complimentary admission to the Planetarium at the Creation Museum
• Admission to all 40 Days of Christian Music Festival concerts over the (3) days
• Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations for two (2)
• One (1) $100 gas card
• Meal vouchers for two (2) for each day at the Ark Encounter

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $1,000.

General Conditions

• No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the sole discretion of the contest sponsor.
• Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance, if applicable.
• By accepting a prize, winners agree that Ray Flynn Ministries and JOY FM may use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Ray Flynn Ministries reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.
• Void where prohibited by law.
