1 I have to start somewhere, so I guess a bit of backstory? Writing summaries of things I've learned is something I've always had trouble with. For as long as I can remember. Maybe it's the way my flavour of ADHD functions. I've only had my diagnosis since October 2025, and as everyone else that has gotten late diagnosis, I've gone through the 5 stages of grief.
