Does TruePlayer host my videos?
No. TruePlayer is a player plugin — it plays video from wherever you store it. Use your own server, Bunny.net, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, YouTube, or Vimeo. You keep full ownership and control of your files.
Does it work with LearnDash, LifterLMS, or Tutor LMS?
Yes. TruePlayer integrates natively with all three major WordPress LMS plugins. Student progress tracking, lesson-completion triggers, and private course videos are all supported out of the box.
Is TruePlayer GDPR-compliant?
Yes. TruePlayer loads zero third-party scripts until a visitor presses play. YouTube and Vimeo embeds use privacy-enhanced mode by default. No cookies or tracking are set before user interaction.
What happens if I don’t renew?
All paid plans are lifetime — there is nothing to renew. Your player keeps working forever with the version you purchased. The free plan requires no license at all.
