W3F has voted AYE on Referendum 1941, which proposes to cancel Ref 1940 ("Replenishing the Technical Fellowship Salary Account with HOLLAR"). I want to re-iterate that W3F is very supportive of the Technical Fellowship, but we would like to see substantive changes to the payment
