High standards must apply to every trial, wherever it might be conducted. The FDA is expanding oversight of foreign clinical trial sites, adding inspection resources, and increasing scrutiny of data from sites we cannot access. biospace.com/fda/fda-raises…

Clinical trial data — wherever collected — must be reliable, inspectable, and ethically derived. If FDA can't inspect a site, that's a material factor in your regulatory strategy, not a footnote. Good clinical practice protects patients. The FDA will enforce it.

Great news from @GeneralMills – they've completed the removal of certified color from their entire U.S. cereal portfolio and are on track to remove them from all U.S. retail products by 2027! Who’s next?
A graphic with a blue header reading "WHO'S NEXT?" in bold white text. Below, a news article headline reads "General Mills removes artificial colors from US cereals," bylined by Mira Bhakta on 08/26/26. The image features a yellow bowl filled with Lucky Charms cereal and colorful marshmallow shapes in milk. In the background are partially visible cereal boxes including Reese's Puffs, Trix, Lucky Charms, and Cocoa Puffs. An FDA logo appears in the lower left corner.
