#HESK 3.7.12 has been released. This is a security and bug-fix release. To upgrade your help desk: 1. login to your Hesk admin panel 2. go to Settings > General 3. click the "Check for updates" link 4. follow instructions Hesk Cloud accounts will be upgraded automatically.

#HESK 3.7.10 has been released, fixing an issue with POP3 fetching. To update: 1. login to your Hesk admin 2. go to Settings > General 3. click the "Check for updates" link 4. follow instructions If you are on 3.7.9 and are using POP3 fetching, you should upgrade immediately.
