Hardhat v3.15.0 is out with faster startup of Solidity tests! The inline config parsing of Solidity tests is now in Rust, leading to faster startup times. Inline config directives are also recognized at contract-level now, instead of being silently ignored.

Hardhat v3.12.0 is out — skip the tests you don't want. npx hardhat test --grep-exclude "Fuzz" And your env vars now override keystore. Set it, it wins.
