Today Steve joined the launch of Liverpool’s new £20m Accelerate Laboratory – the UK’s first high-containment robotic infection lab.
Backed by £10m from the Liverpool City Region, it will accelerate the discovery of new drugs and vaccines and help phase out animal testing. 🧪🧑🔬
