🚧 While many were enjoying the weekend ☀️, our teams were hard at work 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ delivering vital railway improvements across Kent and Sussex to support safer, more reliable journeys 🚆✅for @SouthernRailUK @Se_Railway @TLRailUK @GatwickExpress customers. Major works included: 📍
Railway track renewal work in an urban rail corridor, showing newly installed rails and track components in the foreground. Engineering materials, tools, and work equipment are positioned alongside the tracks, with brick retaining walls and city buildings visible in the background.
Rail-mounted excavator and engineering wagon operating on a railway line during overnight maintenance work. Bright work lights illuminate the machinery and track, with rail workers and equipment visible.
Pile of freshly cut tree branches and leaves loaded on a rail trolley positioned on railway tracks. In the background, a worker wearing high-visibility orange safety clothing stands near a brick railway bridge, with dense vegetation lining both sides of the cutting.
Rail-mounted elevated work platform parked on railway tracks while vegetation management work is carried out. A worker in a raised basket is trimming branches high in a tree on a sloped embankment under a clear blue sky, surrounded by dense greenery.
