It still feels unreal at times that my current psych provider so easily pinned down my “unspecified (affective) mood disorder” to bipolar. This is literally the most responsive I’ve ever been to medications? My head doesn’t feel nearly as loud and messy.

Letting myself exist in spaces catered to men still fills me with anxiety. I’m in 2 FB groups that are for men with fibromyalgia and I’m so nervous about them finding out I’m trans. it prob stems from so much transphobia and poor treatment in general I’ve gotten from other men
