@JetBlue thanks to the captain of flight 700 this evening. Gate agents would not allow boarding after group 4 with a carry-on and cabin crew said that was “standard” despite half empty overhead bins.
The guy with 4 stripes on his sleeves rescued my bag for me. Thank you Captain
