I have not received a response from @capitaloneshop for two weeks. I have sent two emails and attempted contacted via X. No contact from their support. I expect more from @CapitalOne.
@capitaloneshop Tried to contact support by email since Mar 30 and have not received a response. Can I get better service? I'm hoping by contacting via X will produce a response.
