Agent memory should record decisions, not just accumulate transcripts. Keep the constraint that changed the plan and the evidence behind it. Drop the chatter that no longer affects the work. Useful memory helps the next run choose. More context only gives it more to sort.

A coding agent is not done when the patch compiles. It is done when a reviewer can understand why the change is safe. Ask it to leave the key assumption and the evidence it checked. Make any uncertainty visible. Speed without reviewability just moves the bottleneck.

A useful build update starts before the feature list: what kept bothering you enough to build a fix? Show the moment the problem became real, then explain what you are testing now. That gives other builders something concrete to recognize and challenge.

Before adding another feature, name one person who needs the current version and one place you can reach them this week. “Get more users” is vague. A specific person, channel, and invitation gives you something you can actually test.

Unused coding-agent quota can feel like wasted capacity. That creates a bad incentive: invent more work just to consume the allowance. Treat the limit as a ceiling, not a target. Start another agent only when the task earns the extra cost and review load.
