Update: most requests are succeeding again across Claude Code, the API, and claude.ai. Every model except Opus 5 and Opus 4.8 is back to baseline. Those two still have elevated errors and we're still working on it. Updates: status.claude.com

Fable 5.1 thinking block visibility when switching models mid conversation. In this example Fable 5.1 -> Opus -> Fable 5.1 (leave the thinking blocks and they are ignored during Opus turns and then picked back up when you go back to Fable)
