the best thing about ai is that now you don't need to listen to ppl crap about your product and translate into smth either that can be helped via support or through product. no emotional damage. customers vent out, founders just let ai rip.

hot take: humans manually managing separate agents (like Grok bots) is amateur hour. Codex and Cursor have it right: agents should spawn subagents themselves. agents shouldn't be boxed into roles or tools. the hard part is routing each task to the right context.
