    Everyone keep talking about how LLMs are good enough now. The LLMs have always sounded confident. I don't buy it. After years running and building document workflows @nutrientdocs (formerly @PSPDFKIt), the breakage is in the numbers. A model confidently hallucinates answers

    Our internal agent Nuri's eval gate failed a real reproducibility run today and I'm weirdly happy about it. If your improvement loop can't tell you no, you're just shipping vibes with a green checkmark. Seriously, your agent is probably worse than its logs claim. Build the gate
