    Groups who win big policy fights have one thing in common: They never get tired of explaining their ideas yet again from 1st principles to an interested audience. Gebru’s approach — flex credentials, “I’m so tired”, “do the reading” — will lose every time.

    This is literally it and then they expect you to spend so much time, over and over, coming up with analogies, documents and arguments about why this is the case, and 5 years later that's still not enough, and when you say you're tapped out its like "oh you arrogant academic" 🙄
