Outbound peers now prefer unused netgroups (Core asmap ASN when you load `ip_asn.dat` / `--asmap`; otherwise IPv4 `/16` / IPv6 `/32`). `--connect` stays pinned. `getpeerinfo` can show `mapped_as`. github.com/reardencode/rb…

Fuzz testing rbitcoin has exposed one genuine issue so far. rbitcoin was holding onto orphan blocks even when they were provably impossible to ever become valid (on their chain, they were missing a prevout). This is a minor issue, but sometimes hiding in minor issues like this

I had Claude Fable 5.1 review these and some were indeed useless. Fixed those and working through the early fuzz fails to fix potential bugs and harness bugs.
