This is my least favorite Tyler Cowen take, noting that I hold Tyler in the utmost regard.
Some of the most pessimistic AI forecasters I know are millionaires several times over because they understood “AI will be a big deal” prior to almost anyone and sought exposure to NVDA,
"Even if AGI didn't love us and care for us, and even if it didn't morally consider us, there would still be pockets of humans living in the woods and stuff"
i doubt it, frankly
