My advice to founders in 2026: spend tokens, not headcount. Record everything. Make your company queryable. Build self-improving loops. Before long, AI won’t just help you operate your company. It will make it self improving. Don't think AI adoption, think AI transformation.

Update: @amazon emailed my wife admitting that someone broke into her account after multiple customer service people we talked to denied it and said there was no activity

Just had the worst customer service experience of my life. My wife wants to access an account associated with her email address and it’s blocked. They won’t unblock it even though she has access to the code sent via email and they won’t release the email address so she can attach
