Beware people obsessed with outcomes instead of building outcome machines. Its worse than ever with AI, but these people existed before. Short term results above all else, etc. Don't fall into the trap. Invest in building strong fundamentals, invisible supports, and outcomes flow

More tales from a 100% AI written code base: AI happily dumps code it's not sure about into generic naming files like "bootstrap.go" which is becoming a gigantic dumping ground for all sorts of cross boundary stuff. Humans have to own the boundaries, AI owns the implementation.
