There are a few notes on this Lifetime product:

  • There is no Trial Period for the Lifetime option. Please try out Premium with a regular subscription before buying this.
  • The Lifetime offer cannot be transferred between accounts, and deleting your account will permanently cancel your Lifetime plan.
  • This plan gives you access for as long as I am able to keep Cloudhiker running.
  • You get all current Premium features and most future ones. However, if I ever add a very expensive new tool (like something that costs me a lot of money to run every time you use it), it might not be included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Cloudhiker Premium for free?

Yes! The first 2 weeks of Cloudhiker Premium are free of charge. You will only be charged after the trial. Please notice that the trial is available only once per user.

Do I have to enter payment details to start the trial?

Yes. Our payment provider asks for your payment details when you start the trial, but nothing is charged during the 14 days. The first payment is only taken when the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before that in your Premium settings , and you will not be charged at all.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, which supports credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact. Which of these you can pick depends on your country and is shown to you during the checkout.

The checkout displays a higher amount to pay than the advertised $2.99 or $29.90...

That is correct, because your local VAT is added during the checkout and not included in the price.

Can I switch between the monthly and the yearly plan?

Not automatically. To move from monthly to yearly, or the other way round, you have to cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the other plan afterwards. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Please note that the free trial is available only once per user, so a new subscription starts as a paid one right away.

What does "Lifetime" actually mean?

It means you pay $79.00 once and never again, and your Premium access stays active for as long as Cloudhiker exists. You get all current Premium features and most future ones. The only exception would be a feature that costs a lot of money every single time someone uses it, which might not be included. If Cloudhiker is ever discontinued permanently, the Lifetime plan ends with it and cannot be refunded. The details are written down in the Terms and Conditions .

Is there a trial for the Lifetime plan?

No, the Lifetime plan has no trial period. If you are not sure whether Premium is for you, please start the free 14-day trial with a regular subscription first and buy the Lifetime plan later. Two more things worth knowing: the Lifetime plan belongs to your account and cannot be transferred to somebody else, and deleting your account permanently ends it.

Does Premium remove the advertisement on the websites I explore?

Premium removes every advertisement that Cloudhiker itself displays. The websites you discover while exploring belong to other people, so we cannot remove anything from them.

I would like to cancel my subscription. What happens after that?

You can cancel at any time in your Premium settings . First of all, all premium features will remain active for your current billing period. After that, the Premium Badge will be removed from your profile, and you lose access to your discovery history. If you created more than 3 collections, only the first 3 created collections will continue to work. All other ones will be locked and can only be viewed or deleted until you subscribe to Premium again. Your access to the Discord VIP channel will be revoked. Achievements you already unlocked are yours to keep and stay on your profile.

Can I get a refund?

Orders are processed by Paddle.com as the seller of record, so refunds are handled by them. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, your statutory right of withdrawal applies as described in the Paddle Buyer Terms. Apart from that, we do not refund the unused part of a billing period. When you cancel, your Premium access simply continues until that period ends. If something went wrong with a payment, please write to [email protected] and we will have a look at it.

I have Premium, how do I get access to the Discord server?

First, please join our Discord server. Then go to your account settings and connect your Discount account to your Cloudhiker account. If Premium is active, you will automatically be added to the VIP group.
