Three upstream fixes in 26.10.1 change advice the queries guide gives or should give. ArcadeData#8664 (PR ArcadeData#8677): an ascending ORDER BY on an indexed property scans the whole type for nulls first, unless the property is NOTNULL, the WHERE clause excludes nulls on it, or the index is created with NULL_STRATEGY INDEX (about 290 ms against 1 ms at 1M rows). ArcadeData#8666 (PR ArcadeData#8669): prefix LIKE and STARTS WITH, and Cypher min/max, now read the index. ArcadeData#8286 (PR ArcadeData#8677): the statement caches no longer let one-off texts evict repeated statements, but pasted values still cost a parse; the Parameters section still describes the eviction as current.
