Adds shared Back/Forward history for Notes, Code, and HTTP navigation from lists, search, Command Palette, Recent, and the space rail.
Restores note scroll position, preserves Forward on repeated selection, skips deleted targets, and handles cancelled navigation from unsaved HTTP requests. Clears note search when restoring a folder context so the query and list remain consistent.
Validation: targeted tests and scoped lint passed; core navigation and both QA fixes verified in the running app. Modifier-click scenarios and overlapping-load races remain unverified in UI.
