"Select interpreter" does not support direnv environments

Python Extension version: 0.8.0
Python Version: 3.6
OS and version: macOS 10.13.2

Actual behavior

Python binary (${workspaceRoot}/.direnv/python-3.6.3/bin/python) is not on the list.

Expected behavior

Python binary should be listed.

Steps to reproduce:

• install and enable direnv (https://direnv.net/)
• create an .envrc file with layout python3 or layout python as its contents
• run direnv allow
• launch Code
• run the "Python: Select interpreter" command

This seems to be working for me. I created virtual env, placed it under .direnv, added path to the workspace settings and the interpreter appears in the list
