From 888 to the 2024 Paris Olympics

After the start of the new year in 2024, our athletes felt the pressure as the Olympic Games approached. The Olympic qualification tournament in Lima, Peru, revealed four USA players who secured their spots for Paris 2024 — and three of them are proud 888 players:

  • Kanak Jha – 3-time Olympian and USA National Team member

  • Lily Zhang – 4-time Olympian and USA National Team member
  • Amy Wang – USA National Team member

  • Rachel Sung – USA National Team member

During the Olympics, Team USA delivered outstanding results! Kanak Jha made history by becoming the first American player to reach the Round of 16 in Olympic table tennis — a groundbreaking achievement for the sport in the United States.

This milestone is a powerful sign that table tennis has a bright future in our country, and 888 is proud to be part of this journey and contribute to the growth of the sport.
