Ensuring a successful low-carbon transition:
For CSR driven jointly with operational staff

Energy and Buildings

Our programmes to accelerate the energy transition in buildings act as catalysts of best practices for operational staff. Depending on the needs identified and prioritised by your organisation, the Boosters, WGs and competitions address the issues of efficiency, performance, flexibility, sobriety and energy mix, with an operational and organisational focus to remove the obstacles to taking action, and equip professionals to ensure the “good energy health” of buildings.

Low-carbon construction and LCA

We bring together the most proactive operators to cobuild and accelerate, based on demonstrator projects and experience feedback, a roadmap for decarbonised architecture, construction and low-carbon materials, in order to meet the sobriety challenges of an existing envelope that becomes a “bank of materials”, and reach the Net Zero target expected for new build that must be reinvented, both aesthetically and practically.

Mobility

The expansion of the modal share of "active" mobility requires adapting parking spaces in buildings, and the electric transition of car fleets requires technical and organisational support, along with the development of operational tools to boost the necessary transformation of practices (from eco-driving for users to business transformations for fleet managers). A4MT's programmes create business synergies and equip the industry with best practices by capitalising on feedback from pioneering operators, and by applying the catalysing effects of the competition dynamics revealed in the CUBE programmes to the building scale.

Real estate sector

Compliance with the “Tertiary Decree” is the responsibility of both the owner and the user. Can lessor and lessee agree on performance levers for a useful, densely used and resource-efficient building? A4MT innovates in the landlord/tenant relationship with a reference framework negotiated prior to lease signing, to mutually agree on roles, responsibilities and financial compensation, and to define a principle of action based on a partnership between landlord and tenant to be codified directly in the main lease.
