Laurent MOREL is chairman of A4MT. Having managed certain large companies (ARVAL, KLEPIERRE), he will represent the business world. As a real connoisseur of the effects of shareholding, the quality of available human resources, and the corporate culture and management, he will be an active stakeholder in the project. His job will be to shed light on what the manager wants and can do, under the supervision of a board of directors. He will have to deal with internal pressures and the search for improvements in the products and its customers. He helped to draft the internal "ShiftOneTeam" white paper that summarises the psychosociology of change, with some of the company's staff members.

Cédric BOREL has held positions of responsibility in major construction companies, as business manager and international agency manager, followed by the responsibility of developing the business in new markets and recovering certain business areas that were in a perilous situation. Since 2008, he has led IFPEB, one of the most innovative organisations studying new operational models for the property and construction sectors where he manages the collaborative programmes, as well as a process of experimentation, methodological construction and participation in public debates. He created A4MT in 2020 by joining forces with Laurent Morel to generalise techniques and programmes in favour of the low-carbon transformation of practices and behaviour.

After working on some of the largest energy efficiency contracts in commercial buildings and on low-carbon eco-districts, Christophe Rodriguez was Technical & Innovation Director at Dalkia Smart Building (EDF Group) starting in 2017. He coordinated the company's engineering, marketing and communications activities, and contributed to the development of innovative projects (smart grid, smart building). He joined A4MT in 2020 as Technical Director.

Marguerite Kapustin holds Master's degrees in Literature and in Institutional and European Relations. She headed the second CUBE competition at the Institut Français de la Performance du Bâtiment, then managed by Cédric Borel, before moving into fund-raising consultancy and financial communications. In 2020, Marguerite took the digital turn and became Head of Clients and Projects for a start-up specialising in multilingual events for major private and institutional clients. Driven by her quest for meaning in times of social and climate change, she seized the opportunity to join A4MT in late 2023, to put her copywriting, interpersonal and project management skills in the service of action.

Thomas LECCIA joined A4MT in September 2023 as head of events and sponsoring. With a Master's degree specialised in events organisation, he has over 12 years' experience of working closely with architects and project managers within the Club Prescrire/Unsfa. During this period, his main role involved sharing best construction practices by organising over 400 visits to buildings of outstanding interest. This experience not only consolidated his expertise in construction, but also developed his ability to manage large-scale events.

A DPLG graduate architect and engineer, professor and lecturer, Guillaume spent some ten years as an architect, before joining Elioth by Egis, an environmental engineering firm in 2013, and becoming one of its corporate officers in 2021.
A specialist in low-carbon construction, strategy and innovation, bioclimatism, modelling and urban ecology, Guillaume plays an active role in decarbonising the construction sector with architects and major contracting authorities. He has worked on projects as complex as the Montparnasse Tower or as forward-looking as the "Paris Change d'ère" study.
Guillaume joined A4MT in 2023 to pursue and extend his expertise by spearheading the Unisson(s) Movement, with the goal of involving all construction players in the transformation to a low-carbon world.

After graduating in Philosophy in 2006, Nicolas began his career in economic development (Comité Richelieu then Pacte PME), where he developed support programmes to improve relations between SMEs and Key Accounts.
In 2013, he joined the Greater Lyon Metropole authority to take charge of relations with strategic companies in the area, in coordination with the territory’s services, cabinet and elected officials. He developed public/private cooperation tools to serve the metropolitan area and headed his first project in the real estate sector: Lyon Smart Community.
In 2017 he joined Linkcity Sud-Est as real estate developer, where he placed social and environmental impacts at the core of his missions. Two years later, he joined the Duval Group as Development Manager for the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions.
Nicolas joined A4MT in 2024 to take over the Reuse Booster, wishing to put his knowledge of the public and private sectors, economic development and real estate development in the service of decarbonisation and circular economy. Drawing on his experience with the Kozoku association he founded, he then took the lead at Soli Logis to help single-parent families gain access to housing.

A graduate engineer from École des Arts et Métiers, Julie has 6 years of experience in construction works management for functional infrastructure projects at Bouygues Bâtiments Île-de-France.
As a works engineer, she leads projects from the tendering phase up to delivery and acceptance of the buildings. Her roles focus in particular on coordinating the engineering and execution with subcontractors, the design and implementation of bio-sourced and low-carbon materials for the Group's R&D, obtaining labels for operational excellence, and monitoring social inclusion on construction sites.

An urban planner from the Paris School of Urban Planning, Elisa began her career at the Toulouse Metropolis as Urban Renewal Project Manager for the Empalot district. In this role, she managed both the operational and strategic development with key financiers as well as the development concession for the ZAC (joint development zone).

She then joined an independent consulting firm specializing in urban and real estate projects, where she supported a wide range of clients from potential assessment and programming to financial structuring and broader project management.

Building on these experiences, she joined the Reuse Booster team in 2021 to facilitate the integration of reused materials into ongoing real estate projects. As a key contact for project owners, she supports project teams in operational implementation, helps disseminate the collective's learnings, and works to expand the influence of the Reuse Booster.

Pauline graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieurs (HEI) in 2015, and began her career as a works engineer with the CALQ architecture firm: she joined the construction supervision team on tertiary rehabilitation projects in Paris.
She then joined Demathieu Bard Immobilier as project manager, first in Paris and later in Lyon, where she was involved in real estate development, and headed the planning of commercial and residential projects.
With a strong interest in supporting change in practices and for sustainable real estate, she joined the A4MT teams in September 2022 to coordinate and develop the local Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Booster (of which the Greater Lyon Metropole is a part).

After graduating from ISTEC business school in 2014, Elise began her professional career as project manager at the advertising agency Grabarz & Partner in Hamburg, Germany. She returned to France in 2015 and joined the communications agencies Noirnoisette and later Comellink in 2017.

In 2019 Elise expanded her knowledge of circular economy, and more specifically of materials reuse, with the association Les Canaux where she headed communications from 2019 to 2023.

In 2024, she joined the Reuse Booster to promote the programme to the community of project owners, partners and the general public, and manage the Circular Buildings Awards. In parallel, she assists the Programme Manager and A4MT management in business development.

With a dual Master’s in Management and an MSc in International Marketing & Brand Management from Neoma Business School, and a passion for mobility, Mélaine built up his experience in Marketing and Business Development in major automotive groups in France and the Netherlands.

After 3 years in the automotive industry, he started to question his career path after reading a study authored by Aurélien Bigot. He then decided to work on the decarbonisation of mobility, following the author's conclusion: "The electric car is the future of the automobile, but the automobile is not the future of mobility".

A graduate of Celsa, Emmanuelle Bertaudière spent 15 years in the digital marketing sphere, working as consultant in media agencies and developer in advertising departments and adtech-martech start-ups, before reorienting her career towards sustainable development and the ecological transition. She joined A4MT's Mobility Division in January 2022, to roll out the CUBE experience for car fleets with the C-Cube competition, and develop the ByCycle Initiative to encourage cycling.

Jean-Christophe Pfister has worked in the sector of Industrial Vehicles for over 35 years. He began his career with Locamion as a salesman, before becoming sales director at Volvo Trucks IDF. In 2000, he joined BNP Paribas ARTEGY at its creation, where he held a variety of positions, as salesman, regional director and asset manager. Over the years, he has built up solid expertise across the entire industrial vehicle value chain. Passionate about energy transition, he joined A4MT on 1 January 2024 as a mobility expert for the LAB U programme.

A graduate of CESI engineering school, and holder of a DUT degree in Thermal & Energy Engineering, Florian has gained extensive experience in energy renovation and renewable energies at Dalkia, the energy efficiency specialist subsidiary of EDF Group.
A specialist in energy renovation strategies, he was actively involved in the execution of numerous Energy Performance Contracts as a design, build and operation/maintenance contractor, developing a systemic methodological approach in order to propose an energy renovation strategy tailored to customers' needs. As technical expert in Renewable Energies (REn), he contributed to the design and execution (including performance demonstration) of a number of emblematic low-carbon energy supply projects at urban district level as a D&B contractor. Florian was appointed head of an expertise unit to conduct energy renovation projects in support of Dalkia's regional operational entities.
He joined A4MT in 2023 to transfer and leverage his expertise in supporting the Renewable & Recovered Energy Booster, and to bring on board all real estate industry players. In 2025, he took over the leadership of the Reuse Booster.

A graduate of Innoenergy, a training programme in energy and building engineering backed by the European Union, Marc joined ENGIE and its decarbonised real estate development subsidiary Aire Nouvelle in 2017. The subsidiary later joined the Bouygues Group in the summer of 2022 as part of the sale of EQUANS.
Marc held the position of Manager and later Director of Sustainable Development before joining the Technical Department, where he was responsible for all energy-related aspects, from project planning to execution. In April 2024, he joined A4MT in parallel to his business to help launch the R&REn Booster.
During his 7 years with Aire Nouvelle, Marc worked on more than 200 projects involving a wide range of partners, co-developers, architectural firms, design offices, local authorities, etc. His favourite topics are energy sobriety and renewable energies, in particular solar PV in all its forms, from buildings to neighbourhoods.

After graduating in Civil Engineering and later from a Business School, Sébastien began his career on building sites and then as salesman at Bouygues. A long period as independent entrepreneur then led him from e-commerce to the early-stage discovery of the power of communities on social media. He thus set up and headed the marketing technology firm Influence4You with his brother for nearly 15 years. Sébastien is now in charge of steering and promoting the French Energy Savings Championship and all its leagues.

A graduate of Celsa and Neoma, Charlène began her career in the digital world as a marketing and product manager for French start-ups and scale-ups. Dematerialisation projects within organisations of all sizes, both private and public, have enabled her to build up expertise in change management towards more effective practices. Since then, she has been driven by the idea of assisting various audiences to achieve a common goal of usage improvement. She now leverages these skills to roll out positive impact practices. She joined A4MT in January 2022 to manage the CUBE.S programme, an energy-savings challenge for secondary schools that combines education, transmission and sustainability.

Théa Stefani has a Bachelor’s degree in Human, Economic & Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in International Relations. Her interest for issues of global warming, sustainable agriculture and food led her to accept a “civil service” internship in an urban farm followed by a gap year in French organic farms.
She joined IFPEP/A4MT in 2022 to work on the role of Human and Social Sciences in the low-carbon transition, and on topics of behaviours and uses in line with energy sobriety. She contributed as coordinator to the Etude Familles and is rolling out a new league in the Energy Savings Championship.

Prior to this, she had built up a solid experience on CSR and transformation projects over the Décathlon industrial scope. She has also worked with asylum-seeker centres run by various NGOs on ecological transition and social mediation projects. With a Master's degree from IAE Lille, she is trilingual and had the opportunity to work internationally (Italy, Spain, Belgium) and lead multicultural teams.

Sarah Yarmohammadi has built a solid experience on major engineering and transformation projects in the industry sector. With a Master's degree from HEC Paris, she is trilingual and had the opportunity to work internationally (EU, Russia, Middle East) and lead multicultural teams in major companies such as Thales, Technip Energies, Alstom and Renault.

In 2023, she joined A4MT as programme manager for CUBE ETAT (STATE), the largest energy savings competition launched to date, a context at the crossroads of her fields of expertise (project management, information management, collective intelligence coordination) and her commitments (energy efficiency, carbon footprint, structural change management).

Involved in a number of community projects, Sarah was General Secretary of the Institut G9Plus, the Grandes Écoles digital Think/Do Tank, where she continues to organise conferences on digital technology and innovation.

Having grown up near the Pyrenees and explored many of its trails, he is a nature enthusiast who has always wanted his work to be meaningful.

Graduating with a master's degree in Product and Brand Management Communication from Montpellier Management in 2022, he decided early in his studies to focus on responsible communication.

During his previous professional experience as an internal communications and CSR officer at Orange Business Services, within the Enterprise Agency Occitanie in Montpellier, he contributed to raising awareness, supporting, and engaging his colleagues on CSR topics. He also worked on several CSR actions at the agency’s commercial level, notably accelerating sales of refurbished products and collecting used equipment for recycling.

Hugo joined A4MT in August 2023 to work on the communication of the CUBE État (French Government) program and support State agents and buildings in decarbonizing the building sector.

With a degree in General Engineering and a specialisation in project management, Iris is a versatile project manager with a global perspective on the energy transition of buildings, encompassing technical, communication, marketing and management aspects.
She joined A4MT in 2022 as energy consultant on the technical team. She quickly mastered M&V calculations and became Technical Manager for the CUBE competition. Building on her professional experience, she played an active part in the development and launch of the CUBE Data Center competition, for which she is programme manager.

Guillaume Gouze has developed expertise over the past 15 years in the design and operation of large-scale sports venues. After having successively held positions as an executive in professional sports clubs, a consultant specializing in major infrastructure projects, and the head of the stadium department for a professional league, he joined A4MT in 2022. He now supports the managers of stadiums, arenas, racetracks, and aquatic centers in implementing energy efficiency and conservation measures through the dedicated sports infrastructure league. He also leads the work of the Sport Energy Hub, a collaborative platform between energy-saving experts and sports professionals.

John Creamer joined A4MT in July 2021. John holds a Master's degree in project management from Montpellier Business School and a diploma in Management from Yunnan University (China). He is also a presenter for Fresque du Climat and Shifter, contributing to several reports on engagement and mobilisation around ecological transition issues, as well as an editor for Time To Shift, the podcast that sheds light on contemporary energy and climate issues. With a background in marketing, John develops engagement programmes to accelerate the transformation of organisations as part of the energy transition and the transformation of production methods for a more energy-sober economy. In particular, he developed the CUBE programme and its Championnat de France des économies d'énergie (French Energy Savings Championship) to expand massively and accelerate energy efficiency in businesses and local territories through collective action and organisation.

A graduate of the Burgundy School of Business, Anaïs began her international career as Country Sales Manager in the UK for a French digital services company. She then joined Oodrive, a French scale-up, to develop the Swiss market by offering secure file-sharing and collaborative work solutions. With her desire to manage and optimise the customers' experience and journey, Anaïs then chose to move to a Pre-Sales Consultant role, a position combining project, technical expertise and customer relations around cybersecurity solutions. She then joined Genesys, a world leader in customer relations, as Principal Solution Consultant, where she assisted strategic clients in their transition to the Cloud, based on innovative solutions, in particular incorporating artificial intelligence. In August 2024, Anaïs joined A4MT with the mission of promoting and developing Cube programmes dedicated to public authorities.

Jean-Benoît has spent his entire career in environmental and energy engineering in the construction sector. His career path has forged solid skills in HVAC engineering in buildings, as well as in measurement and verification (CMVP®). Backed by 12 years of experience and a triple perspective - as designer, builder and operator - Jean-Benoît started out as environmental project manager in complex real estate projects in France, then as energy consultant to create and assess energy efficiency programmes in Canada. After returning to France, he developed and managed an energy-dedicated team at Dalkia Smart Building, working on turnkey projects with performance guarantees (CPE/MPGP) for new build and renovation. His field experience to back energy transitions and his desire to drive market transformations prompted him to join the ranks of the IFPEB and A4MT, with a two-pronged roadmap to carbon neutrality (Consume Less and Better).

A graduate in Energy Engineering, Yoann began his career working for major Technical Engineering consulting firms (Artelia, Setec).
He then joined the Dalkia Group and worked for almost 7 years on large-scale Energy Performance Contracts. He contributed to design and monitoring of projects in construction and operation. CMVP-certified (Certified Measurement & Verification Professional), Yoann guarantees the energy efficiency of construction and renovation projects (calculation, IPMVP energy monitoring and risk management).

In July 2023, he joined A4MT as Energy Consultant with the goal of making an impact on the building industry and accelerating its decarbonisation. He is the Energy referent for the French Energy Savings Championship and leads in particular the Energy topics for the CUBE ETAT competition.
On behalf of the IFPEB, he also runs projects on topics of “Renewable energy, Energy Sobriety and Digital Technology”.

En Juillet 2023, il rejoint A4MT en tant que Consultant Energie avec pour objectif : impacter le monde du Bâtiment et accélérer sa décarbonation. Il est référent Energie du Championnat de France des Economies d'Energie et pilote notamment les sujets Energie du concours CUBE ETAT.
Il porte également, pour le compte de l'IFPEB, des projets sur les thématiques "Energies renouvelables, Sobriété énergétique et numérique".

Mathéo Parisse graduated from ESTP with a degree in Energy Engineering in Sustainable Construction, and gained initial experience at the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, and more specifically at CETID, as head of HVAC design & engineering. He was quickly immersed into the world of energy transition.
During his time at CETID, Mathéo contributed to improve the energy efficiency of the Ministry's property portfolio, and to promote energy sobriety via technical advice and energy audits. He was also involved in protecting the health of the troops by working on improving ventilation systems in closed firing ranges.
Mathéo joined A4MT in early 2023 to work on the Energy aspects of various programmes such as Cube Flex and to carry out various studies, including a study on the energy impact of telework in partnership with ADEME.

Her areas of expertise include human resources, corporate finance and legal affairs, backing the sales teams to facilitate the roll-out of new projects.

He now ensures daily follow-up and support to the candidates of the CUBE Housing League, which is part of the French Energy Savings Championship. He also optimises user journeys on the dedicated online candidate platform.
