You've all been living in this place for how long, and you still haven't developed a proper system of government? I'm disappointed, though not surprised. Even if there are those of you who dislike or distrust government, things could be run better here.

Everyone seems solely responsible for their own food. It would be more efficient to form a team of hunters who bring their kills to a central location, along with a team of gardeners that does the same. Those who need food can take it, with a barter system of some sort if necessary. That way no one would go without, and things would be wasted less often.

In addition, more organized medical care and protection from monsters would be excellent things to work on. More organization in general would make living here much easier and less dangerous.

I have no desire to be a leader, but if anyone is interested in discussing these sorts of things, I am available. Feel free to contact me at any time. There's no reason things need to be like this. Don't be lazy.
