Regarding credits and student sandboxes:

Please note we process and deliver credits/sandboxes within about 3 business days. 

Student Sandbox approvals will come in the form of TWO emails from Slalom, an AWS partner. Action is required for both emails to activate your sandbox. 

Please check your SPAM folders after 72 business hours to verify if you received an email. 

AI-generated responses to what you are building and back-to-back duplicate requests will likely result in declined requests.
