I'm 36 years old, and today I woke up from a nightmare about schoolyard bullying.

If you have kids, please teach them to not be lullies, because telling bullying victims to "just ignore it" DOES NOT HELP

What we really need to do is teach people in power to stop bullies, because they are the only ones who can. From the victim's perspective, the most effective solution -- filing a lawsuit -- has a dismal 16% chance of success. Whereas firing the bully would be 100% effective (and much cheaper for the company).
