Bilbo swung his legs idly over the thick branch upon which he lay, smoking his pipe and occasional releasing rings into the air. He'd grown to be quite an accomplished ring maker since his days adventuring, but those were thankfully far behind him. Now instead of Dwarves making silly songs, his only accompaniment were the birds surrounding him.
He hushed, suddenly, as he heard footsteps down below. It wasn't very Hobbitlike to ignore a caller, but after the last batch of callers, he'd learned to do just that. He'd have no more of those nasty adventures, thank you very much!
