I want to cancel my membership subscription.

You can cancel your membership subscription from the Billing page. If you cancel your membership subscription, you can use it without canceling your membership until the next payment date.

How do I get a refund?

Container usage is calculated based on real-time recorded usage, traffic, and storage capacity data.

Is there a minimum or maximum payment for credit payments?

The credit is priced at a minimum of $1 and a maximum of $1,000. In addition, credits can only hold up to $1,000 in paid credits.
