In any case, yes, two people can ride on her, and I have her here with me. The only one, sadly, but regaining things from home isn't an easy process.

[That is... one hell of a story, though. She has to laugh a little at the description of it.]
Honestly I think after a certain point the forces behind a dictator just aren't as strong as they were at the beginning. Dissent, questioning, even just plain old incompetence can easily break down an army from the inside out.
Though in the case of the supposedly immortal Lich King I helped take down the fact that a dragon came in and ate him probably helped more than any of those other things.
