In which I attempt to remember every WIP and soon-to-be WIP on my plate, hau hau. Speaking of, I should probably actually make a masterlist of my writing eventually, especially since it's scattered over two journals, neither of which are that well-organized. Also, it's just cleaner.

Yeah, let's toss this whole thing under a cut. )

I would not be surprised if I missed something. Or a lot of somethings. I have more plot bunnies than I can even think of keeping up with.

Huzzah! I've finally hammered out a scenario for Ioren to slip into - and figured out more of the mythology behind the White Lady (the calm, the unchangeable, magic, keeper of the Fates), the Huntsman (White Lady's husband, chaos, the wild, birth and death and renewal), and the Tempest Prince Duan (only son of the White Lady and the Huntsman, keeper of the wind and storms). [Note to self: Duan finds himself curious about the sleigh-wagon because he can feel parts of his mother emanating from it. (Yuletide wish gift, given to Rosanna Capell, which in turn is given to Ioren as per instruction.) Leading to interaction! Yey! ......plan further.]

And plotting at Ioren's story also got my brain gnawing on Cocoon Run. ....after I'd pretty much given up on working on that plot. Oi.

Theirs was a tragic love affair, Tet quipped, the third time - three days into the week - he'd met Jude going in as the other man was leaving.

Aaaaand then I don't know where to go from there, but it contents me for now as a first line for Fishhooks. Which is the first step, really, and a lot more than I have for VIBE which I should - technically! - have worked on first. Since well, given how I'm semi-actively working on By His Trade as well, potential timeline issues. At least Fishhooks is relatively standalone, even more so than Socks even.

But VIBE and By His Trade... [wry] I need to work on VIBE to get solid characterizations for Ridric and Hisaka, who do play potentially integral roles in BHT.... ugh, maybe I should actually outline for once. orz

But HAH! I'm pretty sure I have a solid plotline for Socks. Which makes me v. v. happy.

Regulus does back out with the whole Horcrux thingamajig before Dumbledore hears the prophecy! Brilliant!

I've been thinking a lot about the powers in That Fantastical Thing (I really should at least come up with a temporary title for that soon; the label's a bitch to type out, man). Mostly because one of the random strangers I was talking to about it - just asking whether they felt it was too cliche/done before/whatever - mentioned that immortals seemed to be an overused thing.

lol immortality lol. Man, I babble. )
