I made a highly-customizable, Tumblr-like lightbox script called A Little Light Lightbox, since nothing out there at the moment really fit my needs! Hopefully all the bugs I could address have been ironed out, and there are only a few things missing from v1.0.0 (help in addressing them definitely welcome! I'm working on adding .gifv support right now), but as far as I can tell, it's ready for use and quite flexible!
The code can be found on GitHub, and hopefully I'll have a demo page ready at some point to showcase what it can do.
