在活动期间，开发者们可以组队前来，也可以现场组队形式，或者个人参与不限：

• 使用Ubuntu SDK开发可以运行于Ubuntu手机的应用或Scopes (Ubuntu apps or Scopes must running on Ubuntu phone platform )
• 最终每组有4分钟时间来完成作品展示作为评奖依据 (You have 4 minutes to showcase your project)
• 演示形式包括但不限于视频、演示文稿、现场操作等……(Videos, slides, or live demos are welcome)
• 所有参与人员需要遵守活动行为代码 (All the participants should observe this agreement )
